Sydney Airport has unveiled its brand new ‘Luxury Digital Concierge’, a service designed to make duty-free shopping as seamless and stylish as possible.
Indulgent duty-free shopping just got easier. Imagine browsing Dior, Prada or Tiffany & Co. before you’ve even packed your passport. That’s exactly what this new concierge offers. Hosted on the Sydney Airport website, the service allows travellers departing from the T1 International Terminal to connect directly with their favourite luxury brands ahead of their journey.

How does the Luxury Digital Concierge work?
First, passengers can explore the selection of participating retailers online. Once a label catches your eye, you can instantly connect with the in-store team through your preferred chat platform, whether that’s WhatsApp or WeChat. From there, the experience feels like having your own personal shopper. You’ll chat directly with brand experts to track down the pieces you want, confirm what’s available, and reserve items in advance.
What brands are available via the concierge service?
Shop from a range of products at Balenciaga, Bottega Venetta, Burberry, Celine, Dior, Loewe, Moncler, Prada, Saint Laurent and Tiffany & Co.

On departure day, it’s as easy as strolling into the boutique inside the T1 terminal to pick up your purchase – tax-free, of course. Returns and cancellations are handled directly by each retailer, meaning the service stays personal and brand-specific, just as you’d expect from the world’s leading fashion houses.
Sydney Airport’s Luxury Digital Concierge brings the world’s most coveted designers to your fingertips before you even step on the plane. Convenience, certainty and a little indulgence—travelling internationally has never looked this chic.
