The highly anticipated Signature Luxury Travel & Style’s Luxury Cruise Awards is back and better than ever. It’s a compendium of the world’s finest ocean, river, expedition, family and tall-ship cruising.

Our sixth annual awards celebrate the top cruise lines, ships and operators in the industry – all of which are thriving. This year will see some 38 million guests across the world embark upon river and ocean voyages. Locally, Australia’s cruise industry generated a record $8.43 billion for the economy in the past financial year alone, up almost 50 per cent year on year. Furthermore, a fleet of exceptional vessels entered the scene in 2024, many boasting new sustainable technologies and delivering increasingly impressive gastronomic, cultural and immersive experiences to guests.

With that in mind, our annual Luxury Cruise Awards are judged by a panel of 20 leading luxury cruise experts and travel advisors who rate major cruise lines across 14 key categories, including best-in-class on rivers and oceans, top tall ships, family friendly favourites and those striving for sustainability. Each cruise line is awarded points that are tallied to determine the overall winners. From onboard and on-shore services to facilities and experiences, our winners and finalists set the standard for the future of cruising.
