At REVĪVŌ Wellness Resort in Bali, guests can choose from six signature immersive retreats, each one designed to align with specific health and wellbeing pillars. Guests can enlist in De-stress & Relax, Mindfulness & Emotional Balance, Sleep Well & Reset, Detox & Cleanse, Organic Weight Loss & Reshaping or Vitality & Longevity. The retreats require a minimum stay of three nights or more and feature a curated schedule of movement classes such as yoga and Pilates, alongside meditation and sound healing. Each itinerary also includes advanced therapeutic treatments, such as hydrotherapy, hot and cold therapy, Chinese medicine, and personalised immersions at the holistic spa, REMISSIŌ. REVĪVŌ Wellness Resort also boasts a MOVEŌ fitness centre, where classes are hosted by expert coaches. Bali’s first longevity clinic: REVĪVŌ VITALITY Centre

Located adjacent to REVĪVŌ Wellness Resort in Bali, the Vitality Centre is a new, state-of-the-art longevity, aesthetics and diagnostics centre that combines science and innovative therapies to optimise health and wellbeing. At its core is a comprehensive ‘wellness evaluation’ that provides guests with a detailed understanding of their current health through assessments such as VO2MAX testing (the maximum rate at which the body uses oxygen during exercise) and RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate), and blood panel analysis. While some of the services available at the centre will be incorporated into REVĪVŌ Wellness Resort’s signature retreats, others will be available to guests on an a la carte-style treatment menu. These treatments include: red-light therapy, IVs and stem cells therapies, neuro-relaxation cognitive training, infrared sauna dome, colon hydrotherapy, compression boots therapy, PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic therapy) and cellgym IHHT (intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia training).

Everything from maintenance and services to products and supplies are managed with a view to reduce waste, conserve energy and minimise water use.
