Relish a newly expanded range of steaks, including large cuts which are perfect for sharing. From dry-aged cuts to grass-fed options and full-blood wagyu, experience expertly grilled steaks cooked over the wood-fire to perfection.
For the ultimate Butcher’s Block experience, opt for IMUA, a powerful Hawai’ian phrase meaning ‘moving forward with strength and spirit’. Indulge in this signature multi-course dining experience and savour iconic favourites complemented by exclusive off-the-menu creations.

Long Bar at Raffles Singapore
Long Bar is the perfect place for a Singapore Sling. Arguably the national drink, this cocktail was invented at Raffles in 1915, by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon. He took gin and muddled it with pineapple juice, lime, curaçao and Bénédictine, adding grenadine and cherry liqueur to give it a pretty pink hue. Despite being part of this ultra-luxe hotel, it’s a relaxed venue to have a drink – most famously, it’s perhaps the only place in Singapore where littering is encouraged; you’re allowed to toss the shells of the peanuts served here onto the floor.

Writers Bar
The other place to grab a drink is the Writers Bar, created as a tribute to the authors who have resided at Raffles Singapore. Bartenders here mix all manner of creative cocktails, be sure to try the lesser-known Million Dollar Cocktail, also concocted by Tong Boon.

Tiffin Room
Established in 1892, Tiffin Room celebrates the heritage and flavours of North India.
Afternoon Tea at the Grand Lobby
Visitors dress up to be bathed in soft daylight streaming through the skylight, while waiters deliver tiered silver platters laden with petite finger sandwiches, raisin scones with clotted cream and rose petal jam, and delicate pastries, all paired with champagne or exquisite teas.
Raffles Spa
You can indulge at Raffles Spa, and sign up for hydrotherapy, facials by ISUN, or journeys like the ‘Chakra Deep Sleep Ritual’, featuring massage techniques based on Ayurvedic medicine. I save time to float in the rooftop pool – while Singapore high-rise life buzzes around me, I’m in a Raffles oasis, ensconced in a tropical cocoon surrounded by gleaming skyscrapers.

Singapore’s famous hotel
The grand lobby at Raffles Singapore reflects the city-state’s colonial past: every fixture, installation and detail, including the liveried Sikh doormen, enhances the hotel’s old-world splendour. The gravel driveway is reminiscent of an era past, when horse-drawn carriages once chauffeured the hotel’s guests. And the antique grandfather clock, one of the hotel’s oldest pieces of furniture, stands as a testament to the hotel’s status as a National Monument.
The legendary Raffles Singapore has been standing at 1 Beach Road since 1887. First opened by the Armenian Sarkies brothers with just 10-rooms with sea views. Over the decades the glamorous property became a place to see and be seen, frequented by everyone from heads of states and diplomats (Kofi Annan) to pop stars (Michael Jackson and Deep Purple), Hollywood royalty (Elizabeth Taylor, Charlie Chaplin) and actual royalty (Queen Elizabeth II, Prince William and Kate Middleton).
Raffles Singapore restoration
Following restoration works in 2019, the hotel boasts 115 beautifully appointed suites featuring state-of-the-art technology, redesigned bathrooms and pampering amenities.
